Refund policy
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and with shrink wrap applied, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at help@koobarra.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for returning your item. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged Items and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with a description of the issue and photographic evidence so we can address the problem.
Exchanges
For a quicker process, please return the item you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at help@koobarra.com.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error in your order. If we provide a return shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
